Gypsy Hawke Artistry was born from a desire to create things for humans of all shapes and sizes, things constructed from recycled and re-purposed materials, found and forgotten objects. I strive to use cruelty-free items as often as possible.
I hope to evoke comfort and confidence in those who wear the pieces I've designed, that's where my inspiration and motivation truly comes from.
As for the designs themselves, I look to the elusive gypsies, the vikings, the Native Americans, the ingenuity of cosplayers and larpers. I'm fascinated with special f/x fabricators, those who work on sci-fi and historical projects.
I've never felt happier doing anything else but this, and there is no greater feeling of success than someone loving something you've made for them.
